My 12-Week Transformation Journey with GOGETFIT: A Personal Success Story
When I first saw the results, I knew this was something I wanted to keep doing. My journey with GOGETFIT began with a deep desire to become the best version of myself, and with the right support, I was able to shed 7+ kilos, primarily losing fat. My weight dropped from 59 to 51.5 kg, my BMI went from 24.6 to 21.4, and my entire outlook on fitness changed within just 12 weeks. Here’s how I did it, with the guidance of my GOGETFIT coach, Prajwal Prajju.
I started focusing on my health right after the lockdown, a period many of us can relate to as challenging for our well-being. During the lockdown, I gained around 5–6 kg, which affected not just my body but also my energy levels. I felt drained, ate out of stress, and noticed I was gradually losing control over my wellness.
I had tried losing weight before, using popular products like Herbalife, which a friend recommended. And while I did lose around 3 kg over a few months, the weight didn’t stay off. I longed for a lifestyle that felt sustainable, with lower body fat and higher energy levels. I had spent hours online, trying to find credible information, but it only left me more confused.
